Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rubiomonocoat.com. Items that are sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new, separate order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically using your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and complete the refund.
